Job Description
- Conduct daily field visits to real estate developers, builders, brokers, and channel partners
- Present and sell JustLead’s lead generation and digital marketing solutions
- Generate qualified B2B leads and close deals through on-site meetings
- Plan daily routes to cover high-potential and under-construction projects
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with inside sales for demos, onboarding, and support
- Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Build long-term relationships and referral networks
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and project marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in B2B / channel / developer sales
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
