Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers. The role involves daily field visits, lead generation, order collection, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas and onboard new retailers/customers
• Promote and sell company products in the field
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Collect orders, follow up on payments, and report market feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales (FMCG / retail / lifestyle preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits
• Target-driven and self-motivated
