Field Sales Executive

About Us:

Forte Pure Private Limited is a fast-growing premium wheat and millet flour brand committed to delivering pure, high-quality products. We are expanding our reach in Gurugram and are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up product stalls in apartment complexes, parks, and sports complexes to promote and demonstrate our products.
• Engage with residents, explain product benefits, encourage product trials, and drive direct sales.
• Identify and meet with local retailers, kirana stores, and supermarkets to place Forte Pure wheat flour on shelves.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure continued sales and visibility.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets across both stalls and retail outlets.
• Share customer and retailer feedback with management for product and marketing improvements.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality, confidence in public engagement, and ability to influence sales.
• Prior experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, or brand promotions preferred (freshers with strong drive may apply).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (important for consumer stalls and retailer visits).

Employment Type: Full-time (part-time/freelance opportunities can be considered).
