Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned market areas to promote and sell FMCG and grocery products through the company’s B2B mobile app.
• Identify, search for, and onboard new retailers and HORECA customers in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Work with Kirana stores, Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (HORECA).
• Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Use the mobile application for order booking, reporting, and data updates.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Eligibility & Requirements: Mandatory experience in B2B FMCG & Grocery sales.

• Experience working with B2B mobile applications is required.
• Candidate must own an Android smartphone.
• Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) – mandatory.
• Experience in handling Kirana stores, Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Fuel Allowance: ₹2 per kilometer
• Incentives: Approx. ₹20,000 (performance-based)
