Role SummaryYou’ll own the full sales cycle for Coxwell’s translucent panel systems—from driving architectural specification to closing orders with contractors and distributors. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, spec wins and customer satisfaction in your territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesBucketTypical ActivitiesPipeline & Target Achievement• Hit monthly / quarterly booking targets (₹ X Cr) • Maintain 4× pipeline coverage in SalesforceSpecification Cycle• Call on architects, façade consultants & developers to place Coxwell systems in tender documents • Conduct lunch-and-learns, mock-ups & CPD sessionsSales Cycle• Respond to contractor RFQs, prepare techno-commercial bids, negotiate pricing within approved guardrails • Track tender status, ensure Coxwell is named in purchase ordersMarket Development• Map new segments — warehouses, airports, stadia, public infra • Develop channel partners / distributors where direct coverage is weakAccount Management• Provide basic tech support on wind-load, U-value, spanning charts • Coordinate with Design, Production Planning & Logistics to meet delivery commitmentsReporting & CRM Hygiene• Log meetings, specs, opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce daily • Analyse win / loss, ASP, contribution margin; present in monthly reviewCompliance & Collections• Adhere to credit terms, ensure timely payments & statutory documentation

- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or equivalent
- 3 + years B2B solution selling experience in building materials, construction chemicals, façades, glazing or allied industries
- Proven track record of meeting > 100 % of sales quotas
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs and tender processes
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), MS Office & basic Excel analytics
- Fluent in English & Hindi; regional language a plus
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 4 days/week
- Preferred / Nice-to-HaveNetwork with Tier-1 architectural firms and EPC contractors
- Understanding of polycarbonate or metal panel systems, U-values, wind-load calculations
- Experience selling to large retailers (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Leroy-Merlin) or export markets
- Familiarity with SAP / Zoho Books for order & invoice tracking
