Field Sales Executive

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹22,000 Fixed In-Hand (Monthly) + Provident Fund (PF)
• ₹2.5/KM Petrol Allowance

Job Timings:

• 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Age Criteria:

• 18 to 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

·      Visit assigned market areas to promote and sell FMCG and grocery products through the company’s B2B mobile app.

·      Identify, search for, and onboard new retailers and HORECA customers in assigned territories.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.

·      Work with Kirana stores, Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (HORECA).

·      Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned sales targets.

·      Use the mobile application for order booking, reporting, and data updates.

·      Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Eligibility & Requirements:

·      Mandatory experience in B2B FMCG & Grocery sales.

·      Experience working with B2B mobile applications is required.

·      Candidate must own an Android smartphone.

·      Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) – mandatory.

·      Experience in handling Kirana stores, Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes is preferred.

·      Strong communication and relationship management skills
