Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to handle sales and customer development for our range of hardware fittings for uPVC & Aluminium doors and windows. The role involves extensive fieldwork, building customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the assigned areas.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit fabricators, builders, contractors, and dealers in assigned locations
• Promote and sell hardware fittings for uPVC & Aluminium doors and windows
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution and dispatch
• Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in field sales (hardware / building materials / uPVC industry preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territories
• Basic understanding of doors, windows, or construction hardware is an advantage
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred
