Field Sales Executive

Jaipur Spirituals is looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our agarbatti and dhoop products across retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors. The role involves on-ground sales, market expansion, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores, kirana shops, pooja stores, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis
• Promote and sell agarbatti and dhoop products of Jaipur Spirituals
• Generate new leads and onboard new retailers/distributors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Ensure proper product display and availability at outlets
• Collect orders and coordinate timely delivery with the back-end team
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and product insights
• Handle basic payment follow-ups where required
• Submit daily/weekly sales and visit reports to the management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (incense products preferred)
• Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur and surrounding areas
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
• Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license)
• Basic smartphone usage for reporting and coordination
• Preferred QualificationsExperience selling agarbatti, dhoop, or pooja-related FMCG products
• Existing retailer or distributor network is a plus
