Job Description

Job Summary : The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by meeting potential and existing customers in assigned territories. This role involves promoting products or services, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collecting market intelligence through regular field visits.

  • Key Responsibilities : Visit prospective and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned areas
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Collect customer feedback and market information
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Follow company policies, sales strategies, and ethical standards
