Field Sales Executive

Aapanam Global Pvt. Ltd. is a proud Make-in-India BLDC Ceiling Fan manufacturer. We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to drive sales across our assigned territories.

Job Locations (Territory Coverage):

• Gurugram, Delhi, Rewari, Jhajjar
• Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Sohna, Pataudi
• Alwar, Neemrana, Kotputli-Behror
• All surrounding rural and village-level areas within assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territory to sell BLDC fans
• Set up and manage canopy/stall activations at markets and housing societies
• Identify and build relationships with local dealers and electrical shops
• Submit daily field visit and sales reports
• Achieve monthly target of 100 unit equivalents (D2C + Dealer mix)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₹10,000/month
• Fuel Allowance: ₹3,900/month
• Total Fixed CTC: ₹13,900/month
• Performance Incentive: ₹100 per D2C sale | ₹50 per Dealer sale (post target)
• No upper cap on incentive earnings

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory)
• Strong Hindi communication skills
• Basic smartphone proficiency
• Freshers welcome; D2D/FMCG/Electrical sales experience preferred
