Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Industrial Tiles)

House of Johnson – Delhi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the industrial tiles segment across Delhi NCR. We are a leading distributor supplying high-quality industrial tiles, tile adhesives, and epoxy grout to reputed developers such as DLF Limited, Godrej Properties, and M3M India. The role involves generating new business from builders, contractors, architects, and consultants, visiting project sites, presenting product solutions, and converting leads into high-value orders. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in field sales (preferably in tiles or building materials), strong market connections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a result-oriented, aggressive approach toward sales. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are required.
