Job Description

  1. Customer Visits: Conducting face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers to demonstrate products, discuss features, and explain benefits.

  3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  4. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  5. Product Knowledge: Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  6. Market Intelligence: Gathering market and competitor information to provide feedback and assist in the development of marketing strategies.
  7. Sales Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts to management.
  8. Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, prices, contracts, and agreements with customers to achieve win-win outcomes.
  9. Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain trust and enhance customer satisfaction.
  10. Travel: Traveling within a designated geographic area or territory to meet with customers and attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  11. Administrative Tasks: Completing administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and managing expenses.
  12. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the sales team, marketing, and customer support departments to ensure cohesive efforts and a unified approach.
