Field Sales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales manager to promote and sell FMCG products in assigned territories. The role involves visiting retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, generating orders, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets through regular field activity.

• Key Responsibilities: Visit retail stores, kirana shops, supermarkets, and distributors on a daily basis
• Promote and sell assigned FMCG products to existing and new customers
• Generate orders, ensure proper product availability, and achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at outlets
• Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and consumer demand
• Coordinate with distributor for timely delivery and payment collection
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to the sales manager
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in FMCG field sales (freshers can apply if willing to learn)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred
• Basic knowledge of billing, order taking, and sales reporting
• Preferred Skills:Experience in handling GT / MT outlets
• Knowledge of local market and retail network
