Field Sales Executive/ Field Recruiter

A Field Recruiter at Swiggy is responsible for hiring delivery personnel (delivery boys/riders) by doing field-based recruitment activities — going out into the community to meet potential candidates, generate leads, and help onboard them to work with Swiggy

• Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit delivery boys/riders directly from the field through on-ground activity.
• Visit busy local areas (markets, colleges, neighbourhoods) to generate candidate leads.
• Conduct face-to-face discussions and collect candidate information.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with local delivery partners
• Requirements
• Minimum education: 12th pass
• Fieldwork experience (typically 6+ months) is preferred but some postings accept any experience.
• Good communication skills and local area knowledge.
• Must have own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits in most cases.
• Basic recruitment / sourcing skills.
