Job Title: Field Helper

Job Summary:We are hiring a skilled and reliable Field Helper with prior experience in fiber or field work to support our technical team in installation and maintenance of internet services across sites.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist technicians in fiber cable installation and laying work
• Support in wiring, digging, and connection setup
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials at site locations
• Ensure smooth execution of installation work
• Travel to multiple locations for field work
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks on time
• Maintain safety and discipline at work sites
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of field work / fiber installation experience required
• Basic understanding of cable laying, wiring, or telecom work
• Must own a bike (mandatory)
• Valid driving license
• Physically fit and ready for field work
• Ability to work in a team
• Compensation & Benefits:Salary: As per experience and company standards
