Job Overview

We are hiring financial operations professionals with knowledge of equity markets, ETFs, crypto trading, mutual funds, settlements, corporate actions, wealth operations, taxation, and trading infrastructure support. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of investment products.

Position 1: Wealth Management – Investment OperationsResponsible for analysing equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and crypto portfolios, reviewing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, tracking corporate actions, and generating research-based insights. Candidates should be comfortable with portfolio monitoring and financial analysis.

Position 2: Trade Operations & Settlements (T+1/T+2)Handles end-to-end trade execution, settlement, reconciliation, break resolution, and coordination with brokers and custodians. Candidates must understand the complete trade lifecycle, settlement cycles, and operational controls.

Position 3: Corporate Actions & Asset ServicingProcesses dividends, bonuses, rights issues, mergers, stock splits, and redemptions; validates entitlements; reconciles payouts; and maintains compliance records. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of corporate action impacts are required.

Position 4: Trading Infrastructure Support (OMS/EMS)Supports daily trading operations through monitoring of OMS/EMS systems, FIX connectivity, market data feeds, and platform stability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, UAT support, and coordination with exchanges and brokers.

• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto, mutual funds, and financial markets
• Experience in trade settlements, corporate actions, trading operations, or wealth management
• Understanding of NISM modules (Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Excellent communication, logical reasoning, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
