Taking care of the Control Framework at Group level.
- Coordinating with ACE, CFR and Business for developing new controls and removing redundant controls.
- Developing plan for Management testing on Controls and ensuring that the testing is being done basis the plan.
- Coordinating with Internal and Statutory auditors for getting control testing done.
- Taking care of FDoA framework.
- Analysing and publishing results of Analytical tool to keep a track on significant KPIs.
- Developing and publishing monthly circle score card.
