Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations related to export transactions. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting functions, export documentation, taxation, foreign currency transactions, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.

Export & International Transactions

Handle accounting related to export sales, foreign currency transactions, and remittances.

Reconcile export invoices with bank realization certificates (BRC/FIRC).

Manage Letter of Credit (LC), advance payments, and export documentation.

Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Prepare and file GST returns and tax reports.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Maintain records related to export incentives, duty drawback, and other government benefits.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

Track profitability of export orders and cost structures.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and export departments for documentation.

Work with banks and financial institutions for export payments and compliance.
