Role Overview

We are hiring professionals with experience in capital markets and financial operations, including equities, ETFs, mutual funds, cryptocurrency,

wealth management,

corporate actions,

clearing & settlement,

trading operations.

The role focuses on backend operations, covering trade processing, reconciliations, market support, system monitoring, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs and NISM guidelines.

• Open Positions (Based on Experience)1. Wealth Management AssociateExperience in wealth management operations, equity research, or investment advisory support
• Exposure to equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and crypto instruments
• Portfolio analysis, market research, and client reporting
• Knowledge of corporate actions, dividends, NAV movements
• Advanced Excel & MIS reporting
• NISM Mutual Fund / Equity certification (preferred)
• 2. Clearing & Settlement AssociateExperience in clearing & settlement or trade operations
• Exposure to equity settlement cycles (T+1 / T+2)
• Coordination with brokers, custodians, clearing corporations, and exchanges (NSE/BSE)
• Trade, cash, and position reconciliations
• Strong Excel & MIS reporting skills
• 3. Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions AssociateExperience in asset servicing or corporate actions processing
• Exposure to dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and redemptions
• Coordination with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers
• Entitlement processing, reconciliation, and exception handling
• Strong documentation and process adherence
• 4. Trading Operations AssociateExperience in trading operations or OMS/EMS support
• Exposure to trading platforms, exchange connectivity, and trading infrastructure
• Handling order failures, system issues, and trading incidents
• Knowledge of FIX/API connectivity, UAT testing, and system upgrades
• System monitoring, reporting, and risk control adherence
