Fleet Operation Officer

Job Description:-

We are looking for a Fleet Operation Executive for our client place based at Gurugram (Haryana). The Fleet Operation Executive will manage and coordinate all aspects of a company's fleet operations. This involves supervision of vehicle maintenance, logistics, driver management, and customer handling (Must) ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role demands a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of all fleet vehicles (Supervision).
• Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• To provide best customer support for Fleet Managment.
• Manage driver schedules and routes to optimize efficiency (Supervision).
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance (Supervision).
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
