Food And Beverage Associate

The Food Service Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting food preparation, and assisting the Store Manager in operational activities.

The role requires energy, discipline, attention to detail, and a strong team mindset.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

Assist customers with menu queries and recommendations

Ensure fast and polite service at billing and delivery counter

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed

🔹 Food Handling & Preparation Support

Assist in food preparation as per brand SOPs

Maintain portion control and presentation standards

Ensure proper storage of ingredients (FIFO method)

Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times

🔹 Billing & Cash Handling

Operate POS system efficiently

Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions responsibly

Ensure accurate billing and daily cash reconciliation

🔹 Outlet Operations

Support opening and closing procedures

Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of shortages

Assist in inventory checks

Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, and dining area

🔹 Team Support

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth shift operations

Follow instructions from Store Manager/Supervisor

Maintain discipline and punctuality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory)

Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness

Good communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Team player with positive attitude

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
