Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Food Court Outlet Manager to supervise daily operations of multiple food outlets within the same food court. The manager will handle staff, sales performance, inventory, hygiene, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across all counters

Manage staff scheduling, discipline, and training

Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service

Handle stock control, ordering, and wastage reduction

Maintain hygiene, food safety, and mall compliance

Manage POS, billing accuracy, and daily reporting

Candidate Requirements

3–7 years in QSR/food court operations

Strong people management and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of inventory control and customer handling
