Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Job Summary: The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and professional manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
• Provide basic information to customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front-office operations
