Front Desk Receptionist

 Key Roles and Resposibilities

* Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.

* Handle reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.

* Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation.

* Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.

* Maintain accurate guest records and process payments, registers, and billing.

* Handle guest escalations and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requirements.

* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

* Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

* Follow brand SOPs and hotel policies to maintain consistency in guest service, grooming, communication, and daily operations.
