Job Description
● Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins)
● Convert leads into memberships/packages
● Explain Pilates programs, pricing, and benefits to clients
● Maintain client database and follow up with potential leads
● Manage appointment scheduling and studio bookings
● Coordinate with trainers for class availability and client needs
● Achieve monthly sales and membership targets
● Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention
● Assist in promotional campaigns and offers
● Maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment
