Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Experience

Greet visitors, clients, and VIP architects with a professional and warm demeanor.

Offer and coordinate refreshments (coffee/beverages) to provide a "concierge-style" welcome.  

Manage the "walk-in" experience, identifying client needs and directing them to the appropriate Sales Consultant.

Showroom & Reception Aesthetics

Ensure the reception area and marble displays are impeccably clean and presentable at all times.

Coordinate with the housekeeping team to maintain the "luxe" shine of the marble floors and surfaces.

Monitor ambient elements (lighting, music, fragrance) to align with luxury brand standards.

Administrative & Operational Support

Manage incoming calls and filter inquiries from contractors, vendors, and potential clients.  

Handle appointments for the senior management and sales team.  

Maintain records of visitor logs and coordinate the distribution of marketing brochures or marble samples.  

Oversee courier movements, particularly for heavy stone samples and architectural drawings.
