Front Office Executive

Job Summary:The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality service to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Handle reservations (walk-ins, online bookings, and calls) efficiently.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records, update systems, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist in handling payments, invoices, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and upsell rooms or packages where possible.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and hospitality protocols.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in front office/guest relations in hospitality is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloud PMS).
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
