Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seller or buyer accounts on the GeM portal.
- Add and update products/services with complete specifications, pricing, and compliance details.
- Ensure proper product categorization, quality images, and documentation (e.g., certifications, catalogs).
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and dispatch tracking.
- Search for relevant bids/tenders on GeM and prepare quotations or proposals.
- Submit technical and financial bids in compliance with tender requirements.
- Monitor tender notices, maintain bid trackers, and follow up on results.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and technical teams for product and document inputs.
- Maintain compliance with government procurement norms and GeM policies.
- Skills & Qualifications: Experience with product listing and catalog management on the GeM portal.
- Knowledge of GeM bidding/tender process and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF handling, and basic documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
