General Insurance Operationn Executive

• Key Responsibilities:Handle motor insurance policy issuance (New, Rollover, Renewal) through insurance company portals.
• Process endorsements (name transfer, address change, hypothecation, etc.).
• Generate and share premium quotations from insurer portals.
• Coordinate with agents for proposal details, documentation, and premium collection follow-ups.
• Upload and verify documents on insurer portals.
• Follow up with underwriters for approval of special cases.
• Track policy issuance and ensure timely delivery of policy documents.
• Assist agents in claim intimation and documentation process.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
• Prepare daily MIS reports for management and agent performance tracking.

Resolve portal-related discrepancies and escalate when required.
