General Manager

Job Summary:



Wise Vets Academy is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee recruitment, HR operations, and daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring pipeline, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and Apna App

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and conduct HR interviews

• Oversee onboarding and ensure Day-1 readiness for new hires

• Maintain HR documentation (offer letters, NDAs, leave records)

• Coordinate payroll inputs and HR compliance

• Supervise HR and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, operations, or management roles

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience with recruitment platforms and HR processes

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
