We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven professional to curate and build an exceptional Luxury Corporate Gifting Portfolio. This role blends design sensibility, sourcing expertise, packaging innovation, and artisan/vendor collaboration to create gifting solutions that reflect craftsmanship, elegance, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and execute end-to-end luxury gifting experiences—ranging from product curation to bespoke packaging—tailored for premium corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Product Curation & Design

Conceptualize and curate a distinctive luxury corporate gifting range aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values.

Design gift collections, themes, and limited-edition offerings for festive, executive, and bespoke corporate requirements.

Ensure every product meets high standards of craftsmanship, quality, and luxury appeal.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, artisans, and specialty manufacturers (India and global, if required).

Source premium materials, handcrafted products, and unique components suitable for luxury gifting.

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, timelines, and quality standards with vendors.

Packaging Development

Conceptualize and develop premium, innovative, and sustainable packaging solutions.

Work closely with packaging vendors to create bespoke boxes, wraps, inserts, and presentation elements.

Ensure packaging enhances perceived value and brand storytelling.

Artisan & Craft Collaboration

Collaborate with skilled artisans and craft clusters to develop exclusive, high-quality products.

Preserve authenticity while adapting traditional craftsmanship for modern luxury corporate gifting.

Oversee sampling, prototyping, and final production approvals.

Quality Control & Execution

Review samples, prototypes, and final goods for design accuracy, finish, and quality.

Ensure consistency across products, packaging, and final gift sets.

Coordinate timelines to ensure on-time delivery for corporate commitments.

Market & Trend Research

Stay updated on luxury gifting trends, materials, finishes, and packaging innovations.

Benchmark against premium global gifting brands.

Continuously refine the range based on market feedback and evolving client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience
