Graphic Design Intern (9:16 Ad Creative & AI)

What You'll Do:

• Design high-converting ads (Reels, statics) for Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Use AI tools to create and iterate on concepts.
• Work directly with the founding team to see your designs go live and get real data.
• Use data to report why some ads win and others fail.

• Skilled: You know Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Tasteful: You have a portfolio that proves you have a great design sense.
• Hungry: You are obsessed with learning, crave feedback, and want to contribute.
• A-Player: You take ownership and want to make a real impact.

Internship structure and Perks:

• Direct Mentorship: Work 1-on-1 with senior leadership.
• 2 Weeks (Compulsory Paid Training): We start with a 2-week hardcore training period.
• 8-Month Offer: After successful training, you will receive a 6-month internship contract.
• PPO (Full-Time Offer): Good performance during internship leads to a full-time HP job offer.
