Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling creatives that support property marketing, project launches, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities·       Design high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, standees, and presentations

·       Create engaging digital creatives for social media, websites, emailers, and online advertising campaigns

·       Develop project branding materials such as logos, layouts, and visual identities for new launches

·       Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective designs

·       Ensure brand consistency across all offline and online platforms

·       Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining design quality and timelines

·       Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment

·       Coordinate with sales and marketing teams 

Required Skills & Qualifications·       Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate experience preferred)

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage

·       Strong ability to conceptualize creative ideas and convert them into impactful visual designs

·       Good understanding of real estate branding, property marketing, and project launch creatives
