Job Description

NIGHT SHIFT - 6 PM TO 4 AM - SECTOR 58 GURUGRAM - TRAVEL ALLOWANCE PROVIDED

A guest relations manager at a restaurant is responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive experience and are satisfied. Their duties include: 

  • Greeting guests: Welcoming guests upon arrival and checking them in 
  • Addressing concerns: Responding to guest requests, complaints, problems, and accidents 
  • Providing assistance: Offering personalized assistance to meet guests' needs and preferences 
  • Training staff: Developing strategies to keep guest satisfaction high and training other guest relations staff members 
  • Coordinating with other departments: Working with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience 

Guest relations managers typically have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also essential.
