Guest Service Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2–3 years

Industry: Hospitality / Cinemas

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise guest assistance and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

Train staff in service standards, communication, and guest interaction.

Maintain grooming standards and coordinate weekly staffing with the duty manager.

Handle financial responsibilities for Box Office and Candy operations.

Generate monthly sales and performance reports.

Escort guests and coordinate with departments for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

12th Pass / Graduate (Hospitality experience preferred).

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and PR skills (English proficiency a must).

Outgoing and cheerful personality.

Basic MS Office knowledge.

Awareness of premium clientele expectations.

Passion for the cinema and entertainment industry.
