Hardware & Network Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and maintain our company’s hardware systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of all hardware and network components, supporting business operations and ensuring seamless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
• Conduct regular hardware and network audits, updates, and maintenance.
• Implement and support security measures to protect network integrity.
• Document network configurations, hardware inventories, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding hardware and network issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades for hardware and network systems.
