Hardware & Network Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in security systems and basic networking.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP & Analog)
• Set up DVRs/NVRs, storage devices, and remote viewing systems
• Perform cable laying (LAN/Coaxial) and proper routing
• Troubleshoot issues related to cameras, recording devices, and network connectivity
• Conduct regular system maintenance and health checks
• Configure remote access via mobile apps and software
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Maintain documentation of installations and service reports
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of IP cameras, Analog systems, DVR/NVR configuration
• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches)
• Experience with cabling (CAT6, coaxial, fiber is a plus)
• Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Education & ExperienceDiploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
• Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel to client locations
• Ability to work at heights and in different site conditions
• Valid driving license (preferred)
