Our major requirements

• Proven experience as a Biryani Chef or Head Chef, preferably in a cloud kitchen or QSR setup
• Strong knowledge of different biryani styles, spices, marinades, dum cooking techniques, and gravies
• High level of confidence in biryani cooking and recipe execution
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• SOP-driven mindset with attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
• Passion for food, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly responsible
• Creative with a strong sense of taste and presentation
• Disciplined, reliable, and committed to quality
• Willing to take ownership and accountability for the entire kitchen
