OVERVIEW
EasyFix is a tech-enabled platform that connects top-tier technicians with leading brands for maintenance, installation, and repairs across India. We help brands reduce costs, time, and operational inefficiencies by up to 70%. As we scale our business and geographical footprint, we are looking for a Head of Supply to lead our technician network across multiple service verticals and geographies.

THE ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Supply to own the entire technician network — from recruitment and training to performance and retention. You will lead regional teams, drive supply-side planning and execution, plug performance gaps, and scale the network in line with business growth. This is a mission-critical leadership role, closely aligned with business goals and growth strategy.
THE RESPONSIBILITY
1) Technicians Network Development & Expansion
- Own technician recruitment across categories (Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Appliance Technicians, Civil, Paint, Pest Control, Gym equipment and technicians).
- Identify and onboard reliable technicians for city demand gap fulfilment.
- Control the quality and reliability of technicians being onboarded.
- Build city-specific technician clusters based on demand forecast, aging orders, and business hotspots
- Drive field beat planning and structured expansion into new cities and categories.
- Replace underperformers with trained and better-performing technicians.
2) Performance Management & Gap Closure
- Track technician performance metrics — attendance, quality, customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate, issue resolution TAT, ratings, job completion%.
- Identify and replace poor performers in coordination with zonal teams.
- Create and enforce performance improvement programs, innovative structures, and corrective action plans.
3) Training, Standardisation & Onboarding
- Identify and design SOP-aligned training modules for skill, category, client SOP in regional language.
- Roll out scalable training content (video, on-field, peer-learning, route training, buddy system) for new and existing technicians.
4) Vendor & Relationship Management
- Participate in regional skill India programs, create a robust presence and channelise for network and presence development.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with technicians through group meetings, online meetings, in in-route meetings, field-visit, one-on-one mentorship, to develop sense of loyalty for India’s largest Technicians first company.
- Daily trackers of manpower involved in supply management - including regional/zonal managers, registration team, and troubleshooting team.
- Work closely with Head of Operations for supply-demand planning and client servicing experience enhancement.
5) Data, Planning & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards for supply health: performance by city, performance of technician, Hot spot cities, open cities, out of tat orders, technician incoming queries, eligibility criteria etc.
- Collaborate with Operations to act on the demand gap and proactively build supply pools for fastest client onboarding and expansion.
- Collaborate with the product team for automation and product features enhancement/development.
6) Utilization, Job Allocation & Satisfaction Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Remove the culture of advance payments, delayed closure, technician dependency, technician noshow, high estimate and create a culture of processes that ensure efficient technician utilisation, in TAT closure, OTA & process adherence, standard pricing and material procurement.
- Automate troubleshooting workflows for faster support and higher technician satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in blue-collar workforce development and performance management
- Proven track record of managing supply-side teams across multiple cities.
- Experience with vendors, field workforce, recruitment funnels, and loyalty building.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style.
Good-to-Have:
- Background in fast-scaling service platforms (WorkIndia, Urban Company, logistics or home services startups)
- Fluency in Hindi and regional languages
- Exposure to tools like LeadSquared, FieldAssist, or custom CRMs
