Head - Operations

The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of a go-karting facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

This role involves managing staff, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety standards, and driving business performance.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of the go-karting circuit, including track activities, scheduling, and customer flow
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (track, pit crew, front desk, F&B if applicable)
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures

2. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits of karts, track, and equipment
• Train staff and customers on safety guidelines and emergency procedures
• Handle incident reporting and risk mitigation

3. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage operational staff (marshals, mechanics, customer service team)
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage

4. Maintenance & Technical Oversight

• Oversee maintenance and servicing of go-karts and track infrastructure
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment

5. Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalations
• Maintain service quality standards
