🟡 Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Captain (Senior Waiter) who can handle customers confidently and increase sales through upselling.

This is not a basic serving role.

You will be responsible for improving customer experience and increasing bill value.

• Take orders and guide customers in choosing dishes
• Suggest add-ons (drinks, desserts, combos)
• Increase bill value through smart upselling
• Handle dine-in customers professionally
• Ensure fast and smooth service
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier
• Manage customer complaints calmly
• 🎯 Performance Expectation (VERY IMPORTANT)Increase average bill value (AOV)
• Convert at least 2–3 add-ons per table
• Maintain positive customer feedback
