• Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and fieldwork
• Understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs
• Present and explain life insurance policies in a clear and compelling manner
• Customize insurance solutions based on client requirements
• Achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling
• Provide after-sales support and assist with policy servicing
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and regulatory guidelines 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of financial products (training can be provided)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
