Hiring For General Maintenance Supervisor To Work In Semi-Government Agricultural Company

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Supervisor with a strong Mechanical technical background and expertise in MEP systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supervising maintenance activities, with hands-on knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical works. Previous work experience in large-scale agricultural farms will be considered a strong advantage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and inventory.
• Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.

Strong knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.

Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.

Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.

1. Benefits Basic Salary QAR3250 + QAR250 Communication Allowance + QAR300 Food Allowance + QAR450Other Allowances = Total Salary QAR4000/month + Accommodation + Transportation and other standard benefits as per Qatar Labour Law.
