📌 Role: Quality Analyst

📍 Location: Gurgaon

🎓 Education: Graduate

🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year as Quality Analyst in BPO (Call & Chat Audit Mandatory)

Salary- 30ctc to 35ctc

🔎 Key Skills Required:

✅ Strong communication & comprehension (English & Hindi)

✅ Experience in call & chat audits

✅ Knowledge of QA scorecards and quality parameters

✅ Ability to conduct feedback & coaching sessions

✅ Good command of MS Excel & reporting

🎯 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Audit customer calls & chat interactions

✔️ Maintain quality scorecards and reports

✔️ Share actionable feedback with agents

✔️ Identify process gaps & improvement areas

✔️ Ensure adherence to company quality standards
