Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Support Representative to join our International Voice Process team in Gurgaon. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving billing inquiries with precision and professionalism across global time zones. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with proven experience in international support, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for international clients, ensuring accurate resolution of billing issues while maintaining compliance with service standards. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring flexibility to work rotational shifts, with opportunities for growth within a global support framework.
Responsibilities:
• Handle international billing-related voice calls interactions from global clients across multiple time zones
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account-related concerns with high precision
• Uphold best practices in customer service, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication
• Adapt seamlessly to rotational shift schedules and evolving business demands
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months ad above hands-on experience in an International Voice Process with proper documents (mandatory)
• Freshers are not eligible
• Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate qualification in any discipline
• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global support environment with diverse customer bases
• Must be based in Gurgaon
