Position Title: Relationship Manager / Area Sales Manager - Loan Sales

Relationship Manager (Home Loan / LAP / Personal Loan – DSA Channel)

🔹 Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Loan Sales (DSA Channel) will be responsible for driving sales of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Personal Loans through a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).

The role involves building and managing the DSA network, generating business, ensuring smooth loan processing, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The candidate will also mentor DSAs, identify new opportunities, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🏆 Sales & Business Development

• Achieve sales targets for Home Loans, LAP, and Personal Loans through the DSA network.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to expand business reach.
• Drive lead generation and conversion strategies across all loan products.
• Support DSAs in improving sales pitch, product positioning, and closing techniques.
• Develop local market penetration strategies to increase disbursements.

🤝 Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across loan segments.
• Ensure seamless customer experience from lead generation to disbursement.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approvals.

📑 Loan Process Management

• Guide DSAs in collecting and verifying required documentation for all loan types.
• Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
• Work closely with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for faster approvals.
• Track loan pipeline to ensure timely disbursement.

📊 Market Intelligence

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and interest rate movements.
• Identify opportunities to grow Home Loan, LAP, and Personal Loan portfolios.
• Share actionable insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

📈 Reporting & Compliance

• Monitor and report individual and team sales performance.
• Ensure DSA activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Track lead funnel, conversion ratios, and disbursement metrics.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline
• Preferred: Finance / Marketing / Business background

💼 Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Personal Loan sales
• Experience in DSA channel management is highly preferred

🧠 Key Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing ability
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Understanding of loan products, credit policies, and market dynamics
• Ability to mentor and manage DSAs

💻 Technical Skills

• Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech companies
• Existing DSA network or local market knowledge is a strong advantage
