Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained at all times. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct the first round of Quality Control (QC) checks based on a pre-defined cleaning checklist and ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise housekeeping staff during routine cleaning activities, provide on-ground guidance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. They will verify that all assigned areas meet cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards before final approval. Any gaps identified during QC checks must be immediately addressed through corrective action and team coordination.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing daily inspection reports, documenting non-compliance issues, and submitting performance summaries to management. The supervisor will be responsible for training staff on checklist compliance, monitoring productivity, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment readiness.

The ideal candidate should have strong observational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Prior experience in housekeeping supervision and knowledge of hygiene protocols is preferred.
