HR Admin Executive

Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations along with administrative activities at the center. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the park.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement and retention activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
• Address employee queries and grievances

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the center
• Manage vendor coordination and office supplies
• Ensure proper maintenance of the facility and assets
• Handle housekeeping, security, and general upkeep
• Maintain records of inventory and office expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and handle operations efficiently
