🎯 Role Summary


The HR & Admin Lead – Gurugram will be the anchor of the city operations — a hybrid role combining People, Process, and Place Management.


You’ll not only drive recruitment and onboarding of caregivers, nurses, and coordinators but also ensure smooth admin operations including PG & stay management, documentation, salary processing, and overall office governance.


This is a founding-level city role — ideal for someone who thrives in chaos, loves structure, and wants to help build the future of home healthcare from the ground up.


🧭 Key Responsibilities

1. People & Recruitment


End-to-end recruitment of caregivers, nurses, and operational staff for Gurugram.


Design and implement local onboarding & training structures in sync with Zorgers HQ.


Maintain accurate staff documentation, ID issuance, and field assignment tracking.


Build a nurturing yet performance-driven culture at the city level.


2. Administration & Compliance


Oversee PG accommodations, stay logistics, and welfare of field staff.


Handle monthly attendance, payroll inputs, and salary reconciliation.


Coordinate with local vendors, office maintenance teams, and support staff.


Manage inventory of uniforms, ID cards, and consumables.


3. Business Operations Support


Support the city head in allocation of carers/nurses to new cases.


Ensure SLA adherence and timely communication between clients and teams.


Participate in weekly performance reviews and assist in operational reporting.


Bring in ideas to improve efficiency, caregiver engagement, and client satisfaction.

A multi-tasker who can balance people management with operational rigor.


Someone with 4–8 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations — preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry.


Fluent in Hindi & English (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).


Emotionally intelligent, organized, and deeply accountable.
