HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to manage end-to-end hiring. This role requires someone who can take ownership of recruitment, ensure candidate seriousness, and bring structure to the hiring process in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures)
• Work closely with founders to understand role requirements and expectations
• Conduct initial HR rounds including salary discussion and candidate alignment
• Ensure candidates are serious, responsive, and committed throughout the process
• Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently
• Follow up rigorously to avoid delays or drop-offs
• Support onboarding and documentation once a candidate is finalized

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle candidates firmly and professionally
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based setup
